My name is Bente Hagelund, and I am the owner and manager of the consultancy firm Hagelund. My educational background is a Master degree in law and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
In 1996 I founded Hagelund originally with the aim of teaching university administrators about public law and good administrative practice. Since then the firm has developed to also offer legal consultancy and courses to other public servants. I have also published four textbooks about public law.
For more than 30 years I worked as a leader and manager in several public and private organizations, but now I concentratre fully on the purpose of my firm which is to convey more knowledge of the rule of law, human rights and other essential principles of public law.
I can teach in English, and I have presented several papers at international conferences. Look for more information in my CV below.
